I'd just top this off by reminding everyone that you aren't forced to participate in this hobby and if you aren't having a good time or don't feel the money and time are well spent you probably shouldn't play here.

If you know a few providers personally then ask them and they Will tell you that this is a big issue. Also, some guys are very pushy and outright demand things from these women. You'll get a lot more if you are clean (shave / trim), smell good, polite and if you can read the room.
