I so rarely have an opportunity to say *anything* positive about the current batch of providers, that I felt compelled to chime in and note that two years ago, I had an okay time w / Trinity, and nothing horrible happened.

And while my experience with Trinity was better than yours, I wasn't wowed, either. I haven't been back in two years.
