I believe this to be a common scam and I did not recognize some of the red flags, like no reviews available, she was too good looking for the low fee she advertised, and most online sites highly recommend not paying a deposit for incall services, and a few others- well, lesson learned- don't approach providers that require a deposit- problem is, many of them do.

I'll go against the grain and say higher end providers pretty much always require a deposit and they're legit. At least the few I've been with. Obviously they're expensive but I find the experience they provide worth it to me.

I'd never pay a deposit for a lower end provider, and even ones that seem higher end you've got to do lots of vetting beforehand. Some signs I've found to satisfy my suspicions are not advertising their OF on the listing, having an active social media presence, following their listing long enough to see new pictures that all look good (and like the same person), doesn't seem TGTBT (price is as high as you'd expect). Basically if you're interested want a high end experience expect to pay a deposit, but that's worth it from my experiences.

We all know there are fake ads on these sites but I think this is the first one I've seen with them using somebody who's actually from this area. I doubt she started posting ads so she can make a little money. I haven't contacted yet to see if it's actually her but this is just a warning that this might not be who you're looking at. You didn't post any threads. You made posts. Threads are the strings of posts in these forums.

There is a lot more to than your few minutes of internet searchs.

I will say it again. Read the f at #$ing threads. Read the forums. Read dozens upon dozens of pages of posts here to get a feel for this fun, but dangerous hobby. Reading some ads, some reverse photo and phone searches isn't enough. I've been at this on and off for over 40 years and while we have more info today, it's probably less safe than back then.

Based on what you've written, you're liable to get taken, hopefully the worst would be for a few bucks.

Thanks for the wisdom. Funny, I "interviewed" one provider and she said this is probably the first thing a client should do.

Based upon your handful of posts, the best advice for you is to RTFT read the effing thread; not just skimming it, but take a couple hours to read and learn. If you don't you will get taken for money and perhaps worse. It's a lot more than just reading a few ads. It's also evident that you don't realize that a lot of the ads have deceptive photos. Meaning the girl pictured isn't the provider. Read and learn.
