Posts: 383Girls go where they keep more of there money. Maybe FC will make a come back
I agree a change was needed here, across the board. Most of my regular OTC girls were from FC, and the payout to male staff was over the top. When a perfect 10 makes $1000 because it's already slow, and only takes home $500 or $600, you can easily see why the talent declined.

Posts: 989Maybe the decline is linked to the smoking ban. . But the Cricket seems to be doing OK in spite of a non smoking policy. Of course, I greatly prefer clubs that prohibit smoking or restrict smoking to certain areas so that the customers do not smell like an ash tray upon leaving.

I thought that FC alienated their talent by overcharging house fees. It resulted in fewer attractive women being willing to work at FC. They filled in from the second and third team (lots of chubby and unattractive dancers) and that really undermined their reputation for the best talent in the metro Detroit area.
Maybe they can recruit and retain decent talent and re claim their position but it will require more effective management than they seemed to have over the prior 2-3 years.

The valet at Flight Club is a good thing, it keeps any potential trouble makers away, it keeps bad actors from doing bad things and then running out to car and escaping scot free.

Posts: 10Nope, same valet company and same valet guys were there. I doubt that will change as the valet company pays to work there and I would think that they wouldn't leave money on the table.

Made an adventure to LS Saturday in the hopes of finding Tiffany the dancer but alas she was not there. Spent some nice quality time with Katie though in the VIP. She always aims to please!!
Saw another girl there though. JJ. Anyone have any experience with her?? She also looked intriguing if I may say!

Posts: 554It is sad but I can understand FC restructuring their employee pay scale as business has really been hurting, they either have to raise revenue or cut expenses, business has really been down at FC since they cracked down on smoking.

Posts: 554I can verify that the cover does not start until 10:00 at FC now which is a good thing, sad all the regular bouncers are gone, they were good guys! I was there Saturday also, mostly the same girls working, the crew of girls which includes Amber, the usual half dozen or more Cubans, hopefully some more young talent emerges come spring weather!!

Posts: 10The changing of Flight Club
Just an update on Flight Club with the new ownership in place for a few weeks now.
Went on Saturday and apparently not only is Eddie (former part owner / general manager) out. So is Brian, the main night manager who worked Thur-Sunday and all of the bouncers! Apparently none of the bouncers liked the new way the pay structure was going to work so they all quit!
They were about 30 girls working, which is low for a club that size and historically they used to have 50 working on Saturdays. There was only one bartender working downstairs and didn't see a few waitresses I usually see. It is not looking good for them, looking like new management is alienating all the staff. Hopefully they get their shit together because it looks like a sinking ship.

Posts: 104In modern contexts, it's simply a different way of saying light-skinned for most people, especially in the escort circles. It might be more geared toward light-skinned girls who have more blemish-free skin and a smooth complexion.

Yellowbone is another term in use that is essentially the same.

Question: what's a "redbone?

Posts: 118Headed down to the clubs this weekend after a while break. Probably stop at Criket and BTS . Anyone have any insight on new girls at either place offering BBBJCIM? Spinners sporting wristbands are my usual cup of tea. Tia.

Wow another OG Eastsider monger! The Gold Door was rough, I think a detroit motorcycle gang used to run that place. We used to go to Pointe Athletic club after Tiger Games, I remember that they actually had a foosball table. The basement bathroom stall at the Dutchess was where all the action happened. Floor was littered with condoms. Now you don't perchance happen to remember The Beanery over in Windsor do you?

Planning on a trip home soon and always check out the forums. Sad to see that Tycoons is no longer an option grew up on the Eastside and spent many nights at Tycoon's, The Gold Door / Player, Point Athletic Club, the Can-Can (unfortunately I met my ex-wife there) and my favorite dive The Duchess. Back in the days I was a contractor and would take many of my contractors to Tycoon for their $10 lunch special. Steak, baked potato and a beer.
