This is what I get trying to post here using my phone. Sometimes I'm all thumbs and my eyesight isn't great. That should have been: yeah less than 1% don't have a drug issue. Even the ones you think don't have an issue have a glass pipe stashed somewhere. Even when I think I've found a clean normal UTR I almost always find that later the same demons are there, just well hidden.

A lot of these providers straight up hide it. One of many reasons being they don't want you to start trying to lower their prices cause you know they are addicts. That said I noticed with one crack used that her services improved 10 fold when I told her I didn't care if she got high around me. Couldn't pay me to do those types of drugs.
