Same with me. When I was up a previous time, we were all squared away. They said to text that morning, which I did. Nothing. Flight was delayed, I let them know, so I could maybe adjust the time, or to know the general area (Hixson, Hamilton, etc) so I could estimate the time to arrive, and nothing. Never cursed, never disrespected, always contacted when I said I would and never a response.
