Just made a call to Spring. Answering the phone and open.

Spoke to a manager of a competitor. Orange County is handing out tickets and fines for statute violations like candy.

At $750 to $1500 a pop. 2, 3, 4 violations per visit. Failure to have a license. Failure to display a license. Failure to properly cover. Etc.

Heck of a fund raiser. No arrests thus far only fines. Not even using the new criminal statute.
