Question. What's her link? Did you reveal your personal info to her? Just because some has your license number doesn't mean they'll be able to find out who you are, unless they know someone who works at the SOS. I doubt this chick does. Second, if you didn't reveal your real name nor your real phone number, I wouldn't worry about it.

Just a complete guess. But with what seems an increase in "lazy" requests on this forum, the providers are seeing a similar increase in "tire kickers" and time wasters and just are reacting to that.
