I might not blame McD's CEO, but I would blame the local franchisee. Kim's own a few local clubs not an international chain, so franchisee analogy is a better fit. I've been in this hobby for longer then I care to admit. IMHO, Kim's the worst owner. He even makes the late Randy look good.

Is there even such thing as a good strip club owner? It sonds like an oxymoron. I assume most are bad owners.

Yeah Strip Clubs are like the fast food of the sex industry totem pole; at the very bottom. When you go to McDonads, every once in a while the workers are going to give you a fillet o fish by mistake when you ordered a McChicken. It's not the CEO of McDonalds fault for not running a tighter ship. They just attract specific workers who have limitations. Same goes for strip clubs.

I know quite a few people on here have inquired about dancers offering anal. Awesome at Paradise threw it out as an option today when trying to get me into the VIP. I wasn't looking for a VIP and anal isn't my thing so I didn't inquire on prices,
but if she's throwing it out as an option unprompted I'm guessing it's
on her regular menu.

Yeah in the many a moon I have been frequenting strip clubs I have only have done anal once. That was many years ago and in another state. Around a year or so ago Khalifa at Paradise told me she did anal in the club. She just sat down and blurted that out, I didn't even ask. She is pretty attractive but something about her seemed kinda off to me. I didn't pursue it any further.

He doesn't run a tight ship, everyone including he knows that. The clubs are run profitably at the cost of dancers and customers. He's actually gained market share. What are we going to do about it.

I don't like Kim's clubs but most people are showing up there. That's how "Democracy of the Wallet" works. People are being led in by the illusion of value but only sometimes getting it. The rest goes into the club's pocket. I saw that my very first visit. Spearmint Rhino has its own issues and problems but is a little better on this. Any non-Kim club is better on this.

Sure, the "airhead" managers run the day-to-day operations, but they still report to Kim. As the owner he should set expectation for customer service and if those expectation aren't meet, he should do to correct it.

The waitresses harassing you to buy drinks is definitely something Kim is responsible for; it's his policy club wide. However, the part time bartender that you pay before going to a VIP is more on the airhead managers fault. Like how when you get singles and sometimes you're missing a few, or you get a little extra is the manager on duty not Kim's fault.

Nice, so they know when happy hour starts when it's time to increase the cover charge (by not accepting passes), but not when it comes to giving out discount the VIPs they conveniently forget. Really hate how Kim runs his clubs. All the clip joint scams you keep to up with. What worst is he has is hand in majority of the clubs in LA area.

Same experience here I got there a bit past 5 pm had to pay full entrance price because they won't accept discount passes during happy hour and the price for extras goes up bit more since the girls have to make up the difference in the price change of the VIP there's always a catch.

I went to Paradise last week around shift change. Didn't know that they started a new happy hour promotion. Got a VIP around 5:30 PM, they were still 15 min. It wasn't after 6 PM that they started happy hour pricing. I just saw an ad on their website today, indicating happy hour is from 5 PM to *PM. It looks like kind of pulling a bait and switch with the timing of the promotion.
