    They weren't working off bond

This blows for us because that means less girls around, because they can't work off their bail money.
I'm very familiar with this guy and case.

He wasn't just exchanging sex for bail.

He forced these girls to work for him for free with the threat if revoking their bonds if they did not, and he wasn't just targeting prostitutes.

He also had male offenders, mostly drug dealers, send him victims, along with the attorneys he was working with.

I have no knowledge first hand, but I'm told from people I believe that he wasn't all that interested in date of birth.

    This guy was no hero.

Crazy thing is, he ran unopposed so he didn't really need a stunt for that. But I think he's also trying to be a Grady Judd lite so there's that.

I believe one of three things will happen. The shops will get their business records in order to comply with the law. They will ditch the brick and mortar massage locations in favor of hotels or private residences which has already happened in some parts of the country. They will move to another state with less restrictions.

My pool guy has had some very good relationships with mgr's and ladies at these places over the years. He says he sees no reasons they could not comply with the I'd requirements or recordkeeping. Most shops were either unaware of the law or thought it would not be enforced, now they know. These are not ladies illegally crossing the border, they live in the USA or have come in on Visa for a selected period. Many fly regularly and you can't fly without an I'd.

Seems this will sort out but may take a few months. I don't think the court system has much capacity or patience for "business records" violations. Arresting people for such things is a complete waste of resources. It seems there are way more pressing crimes happening every day that should be the focus. I think they should just make this all legal, regulate and tax it but FL has way too many bible thumpers so that's not likely.

HB 197 new law and escorts

So a statement. This fall Florida will legalize recreational marijuana. Thus, making legal to be intoxicated from drinking and then bake yourself and get out on the road and kill someone. So, double the chance. While law enforcement goes after escorts and AMP's who do no harm to society in general. The "hobby" is beneficial in many ways health wise as it brings down stress, allows a connection even for a moment, exercise / activity to name a few.

The state should legalize this hobby, collect tax, have a health plan / screening for the girls that participate. No one ever died from having sex and driving. (well at the same time).

11 arrest, all spa workers from 10 different spas.

All in their late 40's or 50's.

Guess Naples truly is a retirement city.

I believe that's where the ***** that introduced the bill HB 197 got elected from.
