These people are just a pretence. They are using them to convert the lease and apply for a license. They are not the boss. I remember the boss was an Asian woman Crystal and an Asian man Superman. If I remember correctly.

Oh yeah, there's a whole tangled web behind all of these parlors. I've been tracking this stuff for years, using my intuitive investigative skills and some resources I have available to me to look into things. Most of these "owners" are just shills. They own or have ties to other businesses around the country, and not all of them are illicit massage businesses. In many cases they will also own a store, or a restaurant, or a trucking service, or various other businesses. That's where they launder their money. They have to. Their MPs are all cash based businesses, so they're evading taxes and not following labor law in any state, so they need a way for money to pass under the table. This is all what makes it so hard to break up these MPs. They're so deeply entrenched that if you bust and shut one down there are countless others in the network that just pick up the slack.

In town for the weekend and she sounded good so I stopped by. Nice looking woman, very friendly. Massage was just okay. BBBJ was very nice. CCG was okay, Prone Bone was EXCELLENT. Even better than Coco in Tucson (my current home town favorite). I would repeat if I lived up here.

They are legit but the reviews on Yelp are funny especially from the women complaining about being manhandled by the Asian providers.

Seems like I'm always right behind you batman LOL. I saw her earlier today too. Can confirm that is Mandy from Spring. She did remember me which was wonderful and made our session that much better. Opted in for the shower this time and it looked a lot nicer. All regular activities conducted BBBJ tuma cfs cim. I got to say Mandy is a sexual firecracker. I'll for sure be seeing her one more time before she leaves.

I live in California but will be spending a couple nights in Phoenix later this summer. Was really looking forward to a stop in Top Spa as I had a ton of fun there on my last visit in 2021, but it looks like that place is kaput.

I've seen Barbara at Top and Mandy and Cici at Spring. From the descriptions Barbara sounds like the same one. I'm not sure about Mandy or Cici but would love to see Cici again. I'll stop by next week and check it out. Though I hope that someone else will give an update before I go.

Cici appeared to be the shorter of her and Barbara, and little more meat on her and some huge good looking cans.

Recently noticed the "massage" sign is now off at Top Spa so I did a quick walk by after my daily visit to the liquor store and chicken spot nearby. Saw this posted outside of the door, and I know you jamokes are much smarter than me so dropping this here to help quench my curiosity.

Menlo Group appears to be a commercial real estate company in Tempe at that address. Curious what the reference to Massage 1 and Arrow Spa means.

Best guess is that this is a notice from landlord (either directly or through a property manager) to tenant, and that "Top Spa" isn't the name used on the lease.

You're probably right. Think Top might be cooked otherwise they wouldn't be resorting to envelope taped on the window style of communication. Arrow Spa was an LLC formed in 2022. They probably move the business around every year or two to switch up the risk factor. Landlords may have caught on with some interference or pressure from AZ Licensing department / Feds.
