Tops Asian Massage (Dobson and Guadalupe) is open for business. But that's not the one you want. Top Spa (on Alma School north of US60) is closed, along with Aloha, Spring, and a couple of other apparently related places in Glendale.

Go to settings / your account / icloud / and turn off private settings. That and chrome fixed the exact same problem for me.
