That's a scam. A police officer would first have to arrest or cite you, then you'd have an opportunity to go to court to contest the charges or take a plea deal. While it certainly could be a scam, it could also be someone who is tired of clients who make appts for the future and then don't show. I've seen plenty of legit "same day only" providers over the years. Check to see if she has posted ads in this area, or other areas, in the past. A web search using her name, phone digits, and images should help you figure out if she's legit. Also, of course, check review sites.

If you're not able to find any info, I would strongly suggest to keep looking. Or you could play along a bit and see what develops.
