Sometimes it's better to ask who is working rather than someone by name in case they try and pull a fast one. They'll try and counter with 'who you looking for' too.

Yeah, these two spots do. I've been noticing that these and many other locations switch out at or near the beginning of the month. When i enter and dont know them, i usually ask their name. If i ask for a provider first, they can just lie and say that they are the person you are asking for. I have noticed that the person on the phone wont give out names of providers, but thats just me. One spot would give me providers names ahead of time. Then when I arrive, i ask their name, if I dont like them, I can ask for the other person by name.
