I can understand them not wanting to post a pic for the world to see. It's the outright bullshit though. When they post a pic on their ad that looks nothing like them. Esp the body pics. Those are the ones that I'm looking at more so than the face ones personally.

I'm sure that is the expectation but I'm sure it's up to the girls also. Sirens needs plausible deniability so they can't promise you anything at face value. I'd imagine it works out as FS most of the time but I would at least assume there is some spectrum of deciding based on the situation.
