And if you guys don't have them with all the money you're spending on these girls. You're really doing it wrong. I would ignore this advice to secretly videotape sex. It is a felony in Georgia to secretly videotape another person in a private place. As far as I know, the courts haven't decided whether a car is private, but a home or hotel room is private. So a secret camera in either place is illegal and a huge risk.

Even if a car is eventually deemed OK (and it may not be), do you want your face in a mugshot and on the news as the creep who secretly recorded sex acts while trying to convince the authorities that a car wasn't private enough to be covered by the law? You may avoid jail, but youll spend a fortune on lawyers and lose your friends and family and your job.

Only audio recordings are legal with just your own consent to recording your conversation. Even then, it could be illegal if it's over the phone or Internet depending on the circumstances.

You are reading something I didn't write. While of course he knew / knows how to protect his constitutional rights, there right on the site were things he had posted. He could be taciturn in responding to inquiries from LE about those, but the mere fact that he had to have the discussion w / them, and the implied threat that carried, was quite chilling to him, as I am sure you can appreciate. So, your advice to him could be generalized to all of those stalwarts posting on this thread about young girls.

Gentlemen. Here is a cautionary tale though. A gent in Philly who is an atty was holding forth on these very topics (of quite young SBs) on their sugar thread. Somehow, this caught the attention of LE. They evidently tracked him down IRL (therefore, don't assume all posts here are completely anonymous) and had a conversation w / him concerning activities he personally might have been involved in.
