At a glance, I assumed that all of the listings were related, too. However, I looked harder and found at least a couple of dogs: Junhilan / Junzilan in the north has an ad, and Mi Spa in the south has an ad. I don't think they're connected to the other, better shops.

Aside from the random ads for non-AMP providers in New York, the locations range from Bellingham to Portland. Maybe it's a scraper site?
