You're right about one thing, I do skip 3 of 4 profiles. 1 of 4 is the 25% I have mentioned as open to extras. Guys do have to host in most cases. There is a room cost. Not any different than outcall escorts.

She can't. Public health records are protected by HIPAA. If an Ex sued you for giving her a STD, the suit is public. A very limited occurrence.

I've heard from a UTR provider that there a couple of sites that providers run prospective clients through for a background check for a fee. These sites contain client specific information shared by other providers from past appointments. Don't ask me for the names of the sites because I've forgotten them already. It was just a data point that I noted from my UTR.
