It would be a good idea to have a different business model, that would be fully legal, down to not evening needing a licensed massage therapist or business license. It would need to be strictly members only (also invitation only), with monthly dues. These dues (maybe different "tier levels") earn a certain number of visits per month. Additional visits could be purchased, of course, but the transaction would need to be handled well away from the point of sale. Something like $900 a month, qualifies for 3.5 - 4 hours of play time for that month. Like membership at a racquetball club (with scheduled time slots, etc.). The MMS would keep track of the visits (we could even have time cards, to clock in or clock out) with a 30 minute minimum, to keep the visits legit.

We (as essentially "owners") would need to provide the maintenance, as well (which could earn additional court play time). Lawn mowing, pool cleaning, etc.

Any members found to be mistreating the ladies would be put on suspension, and eventually expelled, if bad behavior continues.

For properties. This could be a house in a high traffic "rental" community. No shortage of those. Would recommend a house with a pool and hot tub, and a tall privacy fenced-in back yard. The fridge should be stocked with beer. The bar can be stocked with various essentials. Snacks, and even toiletries should be available, but might require additional fees. ESPN on the big screen. It would be like a F'ing clubhouse, with scantily clad and perpetually horny hotties running around.

I promise, that if I win the lottery, I will make it happen.

Decided to try let's Relax for the first time today, I've been going to Gardenia since things opened back up. I have to stay by saying I love the parking at Let's Relax, it's downstairs and the spa is right at the top of the stairs, almost as discreet as you can get. Felt the itch again late last night so went back out to try some of the new talent and ended up over at Let's Relax.

Being polite and friendly will get you you a lot further in most things. I always insure that they are comfortable during our time.
