So I think I owe a report here. Visited Mandy in 888, she told she moved to Utah, tbh she smelled like a homeless and had GPS, I passed, she asked 100 for HJ, obviously I refused. A good article in a nationally known magazine, suggests there is much more to this than a simple man buying sex. I don't think I recall reading LE has investigated customers in the past, or if they have it wasn't all that commonly reported. Due to the higher end clientele, there is opportunity to extort or more these individuals.

Suspect, that is where the case is going, to ensure that hasn't happened, or if it has to take appropriate actions.
