I'm one that hasn't been, but I've scoped it out the best I can with Google Maps Street View (which lets you do a 'virtual' drive by all the way around the OUTSIDE parking lot of the building). I get that it seems almost ideally discreet to pop-up from the stairwell right by the front door of the spa, but I also have this paranoia-streak that gives me pause about the idea of parking in a garage, out of sight and out of 'safety' range of public view. My paranoid fear is that it just seems too easy for thugs to park near that stairwell and jump out from behind the shadows and roll me for the money they would KNOW I'm carrying INTO an AMP!

As I said, I haven't been there to actually know what that garage is like, and maybe it's very busy with lots of professional suit types walking in and out all day long (but I doubt that). I'm also not familiar enough with the local demographic to put an opinion on the matter of this "neighborhood" being totally safe, totally sketchy, or somewhere in between. I'd welcome any insight from you guys who may actually live in or frequent the area enough to have an informed assessment of the matter. Otherwise, I think I'd be inclined to go ahead and just park outside, at least on my first visit, where I know my vehicle would be in full view of passing public (thereby "safer" from break-ins) and I'd feel "safer" walking to/from the front door. That's a fair point of view, Doc. I was there pretty early and it seemed safe but I'm not so sure I'd feel the same after dark. As others have noted the area is already kinda sketch at times anyhow. There are plenty of other legit business above ground you can park at and then make the quick walk without it being a big deal, too. I was simply noting the option was there if people needed to make sure their vehicle was out of sight.

Not that this helps but I had an altercation there many years ago when I picked up Kat before she became a robber. It was when we had that old man impersonating LEO and tried to get me to pay a fine when I was parked there with her.
