In Argentina, Buenos Aires is the place to go for chicas. Stay in a good neighborhood (Recoleta is my choice) and walk or take a short cab ride to girls, booze and food. I visit South America a lot and Peru is my favorite country there. Brazil and Columbia have by far the prettiest women, but I am a foodie and Peru covers both categories. Thailand is a unbelievably cheap and girls for days. It takes a while to get there but worth it once there. Europe is great as well, but expensive when it comes to the Euro exchange. If South America is where you are going you will have a great time especially if you connect with someone who speaks English on ISG who can help you get around and find providers.
