I'm in Gilbert and we don't have anything that fits your description with the exception of Spring Spa which is in Mesa but not too far of a drive from Gilbert at least. I have yet to understand why anyone does Latina massage here because cost seems unacceptable. Unless you have time constraints, it is so easy to drive to Nogales.
