If you are coming this side for FS don't do it. If you are okay with spending $300 go to Aiea Tow house on the Loop. Don't go anywhere else. Longest running scam in this game is Panva. You could go along with their rules their price and they will still screw you over and leave you feeling burned at the end no matter what. Friday night after golf I ended up going to multiple places.
