As far as the volume over a 6 month period of taking the daily stack and taking measurements twice a week average shot went from 5 ml to 15 ml. Also you can physically train your body to produce more seminal fluid--PM me if you want to know what I saw had the best results.

Drove around El cajon Blvd. looking for a new spot.
