Her long time BF broke up with her so she's lost she cash cow that's why she's let her hair grow out again. It's the opposite affect of what we see with most women who go on cutting spree. Wow, I'm surprised to read your report, that's nothing like my past visits to BVR (although I haven't been there since last year). Did you try talking with her to let her know what you wanted? She probably knows very little English and may have been afraid to say anything.
