FYI I pulled up next to the 1st car while trying to pick up Melanie. The officer had on his uniform. When I went 2 blocks up, he pulled up across from me. I pulled out my phone, while parked, and made a call. My MO was going to be I was lost, trying to find my way back to I95. But he's was a uniformed LEO in a dark sedan.

I guess the people have spoken. BadRonnie is being paranoid.

Seems like most feel like mongers are relatively safe from LEO as long as they are upstanding citizens in other aspects of their lives.

Seems like most who have contributed to the convo think LEO is mainly after violent drug sellers / users.

I'm sure there are mongers who are also drug users / dealers.

Also the consensus seems like Melanie has too many red flags.

Just my opinion because I've had alot friends who used to go down Kensington for drug reasons (key word -had. Most are dead). LEO is concentrated on the Fentanyl / Xylazine problem and not really concerned with mongers at all really as I see things. Just my opinion but if LEO is following you it's because they think you are down there to cop drugs. I mean Kensington is worldwide known even on the Korean news and people from other cities look at Philly like total scum which is not entirely false I guess (just look at the YouTube views of videos of just driving around Kensington) I still remember Dr Oz came there just to scrutinize the obvious. If it was an undercover cop it's highly highly unlikely they were staking out a random SW walking with her BF waiting to nab some John to come pick her up. Philly used to do a prostitution sting every 3+ years where they would put your mugshot name and address on the cover of the Philadelphia Daily News. I actually called one of the guys to ask how it happened (Was Macks idea.) and he was cool as cash. A Mexican family man who told me about it saying he saw a new girl so was excited but he claimed it was entrapment like the girl was waving him down and walked right to his window and brought up sex even before entering the car (I doubt his defense worked back then and the cops have their way especially in the 24th /25th districts). This was back in the day though. Since Larry Krasner said he wouldn't prosecute prostitution unless the girl has 3 or more convictions there hasn't been any sting operations that I heard of. At the end of the day the cops don't really care about mongers getting some poon I mean the cops partake in the sport themselves!(link below) Strike force and UCs are after the drug dealers. IMO, it's a waste of money, time, and effort to set up stings and raids for prostitution. I found this video on YouTube looks like it was posted a month ago they brought out the whole SWAT team, helicopter, and thew whole 9 (link below) you would think they were raiding El Chapos stash house sheesh!

From my own experience, I was out on the stroll and saw a pretty little thang but couldn't just park it as a car was behind me and a cop was parked on the one way. So I made a square like an idiot trying to signal to her to meet me down the block but this was now the second time the cop saw me and I seen him turn his car on so I quickly drove right up to the cop asking "how do I get on I-95 North? I'm so lost right now after dropping off an employee" The cops whole demeanor changed and gave me directions. Unfortunately I was never able to see her and just went to the AMP the next day. BadRonnie, the UC was NOT following you because of anything to do with prostitution imo but probably thinking you're there to buy drugs from NJ. From my knowledge, they don't have UCs driving around trying to catch mongers but when they do bust mongers they have a UC female officer posing as a SW. Even if he followed you it's not like you've done anything yet and not there to buy drugs. I've been pulled over a few times in Kensington but the cops never searched me and always let me go really fast; one time the cop didn't even ask for my license and registration just telling me that my middle right tail light was out which was a lie. I got the feeling that being Asian I guess he just said forget this guy.

Ah. Melanie. This is overdue cause it was weeks ago but I saw her zombie'd out walking with another girl (older woman) on the ave past Venango. I pulled up past her and parked it up a block in front of her so that when she passes by I could see what's up. After what felt like 5 minutes for them to walk a whole block I finally see her I had my window all the way down and said hey and she comes over and says I'll only go with you if you pay back my debt. I said huh? Red flag was already apparent as she was so messed up barely standing but pay back her debt? I asked how much she said 50 $ and I'll take good care of you then started to verbally fight with the lady she was with about money (I did hear the lady say "you owe me more than that" then out of nowhere this guy comes up asking who am I? I'm guessing this is the boyfriend she rolls with. Melanie just said this is my Chinese friend. I said I'm cool on that I'll try to see you another time. NGL, Melanie looked GOOD that day! But all the circumstances and being zombie'd out her mind I would've gotten a sleeper (when they fall asleep while sucking junior) I've pretty much been done with the SW scene anyway but still would love to see Melanie but oh well. You can't really trust anything you hear on the streets or even on these boards.

How do you know that person was LEO? From what you described, sounds like that person could be a monger.

Some people out there even think I am LEO. Lots of false info floating around.

Anyone have any credible evidence?

I heard from a girl I picked up that her friend was doing a cardate with someone in a sedan with no tint and LEO pulled up on them. Don't know what happened to the dude but the girl just had to sign a paper not to do it again. LOL.

One time I saw about 5-6 LEO arrest a big black guy. This was near the bridge near sedgley. Half the LEO was under cover and half were uniformed. I thought it might have been drug related. Later on one of my regs said they were out there busting mongers. Sounded a bit unbelievable to me.

Today I saw one of the trans people arrested. The one that looks chunkier, manlier, brown skin with a 5 o'clock shadow. There were like 10 cops and five cop cars. All uniformed . Not really sure what that is about but that trans person is easily identifiable and always walking along the same stretch. I imagine someone might have reported something.

Personally for me, I've had something like 3-4 run ins with LEO while mongering in Philly and they just let me go each time.
