It ain't 5 k a month unless it's a 2 BR in a really nice luxury apartment complex. Down in the OC it's probably pretty close to 5 k but then again a 2 BR could hold 2 girls and 2 separate income streams. Let's say for the sake of argument that a girl has to bring in her share of the rent at 2 k, plus boss's share, booker fee, plus pay for supplies (toiletries, laundry detergent, make up, waters), health checks, and groceries / eating out. The only x factor that I don't know in this equation is what exactly is the boss's cut. I think that plays a huge factor in what these girls actually make. If it's anything like the Chinese houses, their real income would probably be about 200 out of that 350 and / or 4000-5000 for the apartment on top. Plus, I'm pretty sure the booker / agencies are not the ones paying the biweekly / monthly (or whatever it is) std and health checks from that Korean clinic that is probably taking extra because they're in on it, supplies (mouthwash, body wash, etc.), and transportation / Ubereats.
