IMO, contacting a provider days in advance to set up a meeting, isn't a great idea anyway. Maybe 1% has a calendar or schedule. So when you book a week in advance, you run the risk of being bumped because they forgot that you were coming. Then you gave her a 5 minute warning. What did you expect to happen. Any appointment in any industry should be confirmed at least twice. One being the morning of. I make many questionable choices, but I don't start to feel some kind of way when it doesn't go the way that I planned because I should have used better discernment. Too many guys choose a risky provider that has been reviewed as such and then get upset when they experience the same thing.
