The lady who answers will tell you no money back. She is polite and spends little time with you on the phone. She said it's because guys walk in and don't pay the girls. They don't have enforcement. I was told by authorities don't pay in advance, if you do kinda like too bad you lose your money. So just by that Panva is no good. If you pay ahead and they screw you, you can call the authorities. Just hope you didn't touch the therapist. Also, the property management don't like authorities at their place so an option if a therapist rips you off that bad.
