This is probably a better time for SBs then for SDs. The women I know are returning home and there are dudes who've been waiting to hit them up. I would say its a scam. Unless the private pic is in Seattle somewhere and not a pic of Europe or the south Pacific, I would avoid. I noticed a couple of profiles that change their pics to different ladies altogether every couple of months. The profile has been around a while but the ladies are new.
