The usual rate is $200 for 45 minutes. If you gave her a $40 tip on top of the $200, especially if she didn't ask for one, it's not really on them if YOU overpaid. And for what it's worth, everywhere else is the same price or even higher, and usually with inferior service unless you get lucky. For overall consistency, I would say MM is up there with the best. Just slow it down, take control and make sure to get your money's worth. And again, no need to tip over and above the $200 entry fee.
