Seems that your questions are looking for a less than honorable visit to an AMP, with no potential good outcome.

Most of the AMPs will not offer a lineup. If you are lucky, and catch them at a slow time, they might give you a choice of 2 girls, but they work on a rotation, so it's unlikely that the girls would break routine (or go out of sequence, without a specific request). They are not going to give you a free show of all of the girls, even if you are a baller, with a fist full of Benjamins. You might have a chance for a lineup at BO, but I would hate feel their wrath, when you admit you don't have the $$ for a session.

As for the dumb-ass part. They get their fees up front, and they are not negotiable (at least, at first). If you don't show up without the proper donations, they will politely ask you to leave. There is a certain etiquette to this hobby, and they will sniff out any dumb-ass intentions so fast, it will make your head swim. A dumb ass, looking for a free lineup / show is child's play for them. They deal with professional threats, almost daily, so they know what to look for. Don't low-ball them. Don't try to negotiate with them. Don't try to get a free show. Just be honorable.

Just save your $$ until the time is right, and don't try to run any scams on them. It will not work out well, for you.

Sorry, all of these prices were total so $80 house was included in each price. All for "1 hour" which usually was 45 min.
