    I think you have the wrong spa and wrong Judy. Dragon is on Elston, just off Irving Park. The Judy they are speaking of was previously at Belmont Spa, not a spa on Belmont. Haven't seen her myself but she's described as a 40-something, thick Mongolian MT.
