My visits were in June 2022 and September 2022. Both times were around 9:00 PM, close to closing time. It's possible they have cut back on extras. It was really just an average experience, not a big loss.

I've only been to Harmony Spa on Recker and McKellips. Didn't even realize there was also a Harmony Massage and Reflexology on Greenfield and Southern. Quick look at all the google reviews suggests that place is legit. Very large number of positive reviews from women. I usually avoid places that say Reflexology, although I have gotten lucky a couple of times.

I am always trying to find a new unknown AMP but that rarely works for me. I was in the area for a meeting and afterwards dropped in and met the Mama-san at this AMP. I went to Harmony several months ago and had a pretty good time. Can't remember her name but she was slim, attractive, probably in her 40's. Decent massage with lots of oil and teasing. Hand finish is available as well as all other options if you change your mind. Nice time but not as wild as places like Tops and Aloha.

There's an older post #8635 for this place that was pretty negative, but most of that was for services they wanted that were not available. Table shower and DATY for example. If those aren't important to you, I would go for it.
