As someone who dates all types -- white / black / asian / latina / various mixes of any or all of above and stopped counting their SB conquests after the number exceeded 1500, I can tell you that BSCD (bat shit crazy disease) does not discriminate by race. The nut jobs come in all colors.

There is a web version of seeking.com, right? I use it almost exclusively, I don't have to pay for web access, whereas the bandwidth on my smart TracFone I do pay for. You can also disable your profile on seeking (on the web version, IDK about the app, as I don't use it anymore. I did at one time. However, didn't the app stores stop including 'trafficking' applications a while back?

On most civilian dating sites, if I post real pics of myself I get too many requests from 40+ cougars because I look young for my age and they tend to be dreamers (thinking they are in my dating league). Here's a nut job to avoid. We texted a bit, all nice and cordial. We finally got down to specifics and she says $500. I politely responded that was out of my range and the most I could do was $300. She responded:

"Did you forget what I look like?

And sent me about 10 very sexy pics and this response:

"If you are a man who does not like to invest in a quality woman's time, please just being mature adult, and say that so that I can block you and make sure that I never received a message from your greedy ass again. ".

This was my response:

I then blocked her on both Google Voice as well as on SA.

Then I receive like 4 calls on GV from another number. Here's the transcript from the messages:

"Kill yourself? You're f* worthless. You're f* useless. You're nothing f* kill yourself. Put a f* bullet through your no good worthless brain, b*. ".

Personally, rather than put a bullet through my brain, I'd say I dodged a bullet, LOL. No girl who turns that nasty would be a good experience to be with.

It's different than seeking as seeking requires a pretty sizeable membership fee to message any girls, not the case with bumble. If you don't have really good photos on bumble or any civilian dating site you are completely wasting your time. Seeking you can get away with not looking so good although don't kid yourself, if you stand out on seeking, there's a lot less BS thrown your way and girls all of a sudden get much more affordable and less flakey.

The women messaging first on Bumble is really just a gimmick. Perhaps it makes them feel more in control and "empowered", but the two people still have to match first, so it doesn't really matter who sends the first message, at that point. If you are young and attractive, then Bumble is probably a good hookup app. But old and relatively unattractive, not so much.

And yes, I always say I am much better looking with $300 in my hand, which is why I do ok on Seeking. $300 can raise you from a 5 to a 7...if not an 8, depending on when the girl's rent is due.

Same here. It takes a very focused change in approach on Bumble or other tradiitional dating apps. The conversation on Seeking just feels so much more honest and direct by comparison. I told this one woman on Bumble that she had "nice cleavage" and she got all offended and bent out of shape.

And then of course it's rare to get sex on the first date from the ones I meet off of there. It has happened, but very few and far between. And as you say, there is more to dating than sex, but it's certainly a nice bonus to have it included.
