The place is perfectly fine. Gated (but open during the daytime), more open to the outdoors than the Dunwoody location (but the particular unit they use is in the back and the entrance is slightly recessed from the main hallway so it may even be better in terms of not letting you be too visible to others) as is typical for suburban apartment complexes, and you need to put your license plate number in an app and park in the visitor spots (doesn't cost anything though, don't worry).
