Typically you should get good response from most of the out of town providers since they are trying to make the most out of their trip. If you are particularly interested in someone and not getting any response, you may try from different numbers. Just keep trying and you will figure it out, its a hit or miss in general. Always remember to play it safe and never ever let your guards down.

Definitely a fake. I traveled up and down the eastern seaboard over the summer. I've seen this post as far away as Kentucky in the past. It's a scam. Google the number or search the picture. Will probably get some hits. Otherwise, search other locations. Never ever ever give these a penny of your hard earned dollar.
