I've seen a ton of questions on this. I recently did 2 months straight using https://www.giftcards.com/. I have a burner email so I purchased the card using my normal and sent it to my burner. Activates right away, and you can load it with pretty much the exact amount of the month to month subscription. I do still get that annoying message that gift card may not work, but its worked for me with no issues.
