I haven't been feeling the big 3 (MM, NDS, & King) lately. MM is too scripted and assembly line, and the other two suffer from that plus the aggravation of how they constantly are looking at and responding to the monitors in the room. As one of the other guys said, getting "looted" while doing a 2 hands session isn't a thing. Pro tip for the guys out there... Pretty sure that every AMP has a washer/drying going, most of the time. If you need clothes dried/tumbled during a session, they will almost always be glad to accommodate.

Swapping condoms is just part of the dynamic (but they never charge for them). Have you actually been charged for extra condoms? I have actually never heard of that one. It does make the experience more clinical, than just a session of raw passion, but just understand that it's required. Anyway. Some notes below, on what to do, to avoid the theoretical scenario you are concerned about.

First thing, is common sense. You only carry in the exact dollar amount, that you are prepared to part with. No credit cards. No I'd. No DL, etc.

Second thing is to have the basic fee in one pocket, and any extra $ hidden away in a second pocket (for tip, Greek, 4 hand, etc.). Don't tip your cards, until they tip theirs. Be ready to say "no" to the upsell, if the goods aren't worth the price you are willing to pay.

Third thing, is that these girls are professional. They know that they will make more $$ with happy customers, repeat business and good reviews. That measly spare $100-$200 in your wallet isn't worth the risk of a mad / violent and definitely non-repeat customer, and negative reviews. They would rather suck the money out of your pocket, consensually.

Fourth thing: If you are paying for 4 hands, you are in charge of the girls, and where their hands are located. If your eyes are closed, you are doing it wrong. If any hands are not where you desire, then you are doing it wrong. If any hands, other than yours looting your pockets, you are absolutely doing it wrong.

So. I am sure that at some point, some mongers have had their pocket change looted during a session, but it's a very very very uncommon occurrence. Especially at a high volume house with a good reputation. For now, have fun, and understand that the girls are not looking for trouble. The only justifiable reasons to be paranoid: jealous wives / girlfriends. The cops. Low volume spa in a bad neighborhood. Once you are under their care, their goals are to keep you happy.

At MM, it's an extra 200. At NDS / King it's an extra 100 for either 45 minutes or an hour. YMMV, as far as how much bang for the buck you get during a 4-Hand, but my experiences at NDS / King have been overwhelmingly positive.

I was reading through the forum and I saw some posts regarding BO. Is BO also flat rate like MM / NDS? Or you pay the house fee and then discuss the tips with your provider? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Been reading for a while but this is my first post went to king parked in the back. I have been there before but this time was amazing. Been doing this for four years at NDS / Kings and I can report that what you describe is not a thing. Yes, your 4 hands massage will only last as long as there is not another asshat coming through the door but that is about it. I once got my 100 back because the lady never made it too my room. So before my flight back I thought I'd hit up NDS that I'd read a lot about here (again great active board here).
