It's not the girls that are raising the house fee, but the owners. Depending on the place, the girl might not get any of the house fee and is only working for tips. The rising tip fee is the girls though.

The price of everything is going up, so we shouldn't be surprised if more spas raise their rates to 50/70. We should be complaining about the necessities we need to live being overly expensive now, not complaining because we're paying an extra $10 for an extracurricular activity.
