I saw Amanda recently. Agree with what is posted here with the addon: she is the best DFK there. Her tongue is awesome and she uses it on both ends. But is very hygienic about the whole affair.

This is a few weeks late, but. Was waiting a long time for this trip. Went straight to NDS after arrival. My first trip was last Monday, got there about 3:30 and a 8 hour drive. Had to wait about 30 minutes for the fun to begin (lobby, small room to the side, and the massage room). Well worth it! Went on Monday and Friday of last week. First and second time there. I would be broke if I lived in the state. Got there about 3:30 on Monday.
