The locations listed in the ad are Chicago, Virginia Beach and Birmingham, so it means this is most likely an outsourced booking agent based out of China. If you text them, the first question they will ask you is what city. When you reply Chicago, they will probably give you the address to RL, PAC or HKPD. They all use outsourced booking agents. That is why they ask for the last 4 of your number when you get there. They need to pay half of the door fee to those booking agents. An apartment can have many numbers. RL is the most aggressive apartment in this practice.
