I have this exact same issue. Normally a yeast infection would disappear in 2 days with no treatment needed. It for the past four months I've been using antifungal cream every day and if I get lazy with it, the yeast comes right back. There is a balanitis subreddit where lots of guys seem to have the same issue, seems like it can be stubborn to get rid of.
