Upcharge for Greek is hit or miss. If you ask for it, they give you a price. I've been in Monica's ass for no extra charge, but one of the first times I was with her and specifically asked for it, she said 60 extra.

Every time after, I've never asked and she's put it in.

MM is a flat $$ up front before you go in. Anything you want to give extra is up to you, but it's my understanding and experience (only once so far though) that you don't need to bring anything extra for that kind of experience.

MM is usually referring to Milk Massage Spa on the north side of East Colonial Drive, between Altaloma and Merridale.

Take I-4 to Colonial (SR 50) exit in downtown Orlando, then drive east past Mills (SR 17-92), look to the left side of the road (north side.).
