I was regularly paying $15 everywhere on Valley Blvd in SG, 2009-2014 or so. Slowly they started opening more places in Westminster. I think I paid $20 - a little more expensive but a much shorter drive. Even BW was $20. This photo is identified as 2017, but I was going there around that time, and they may have risen their prices by then. Now we are living in a $35-50 world for the same or lesser service.

Example, Happy went thru few renovation including new owners and name changes over the years. It was foot massage place (6 ?) with one station for body massage and now six body massage and zero foot massage station.

Price for one hour foot massage was $15/ suggested tip $5 and body massage $30. Happy pre-covid was $40 for modified services time.

Changes do happen with new owners and down time for renovation. Post COVID less foot massage stations. Renovation of some body massage station are just bad design, too narrow space.

I occasionally drop by the massage parlors on Fair Drive for some quick and inexpensive pleasure with a few providers. This past Thursday I wandered over to Suite 108 on Fair Dr. The door was closed and it seemed like nobody was working so I turned toward the suite next to it where it was dark inside. As I turned to leave, a young Girl opened the door and asked me come in.

As I entered the suite, a Mamasan came rushing out of Suite 108 and started yelling at the young girl. She grabbed the girl and tried to pull her out of the room but the girl was much stronger. It appeared that Mamasan was upset over the girl taking her customer. After a few minutes of the 2 yelling, I quickly departed the area and moved on to another provider. Anybody ever experience something like this?
