If you have vaccine, you are safe against most HPV. I got my HPV vaccine back in 2017, I noticed similar spots on a Nuru massage girl, she had like 30-40 around the kitty, I got scared that I was going to get that shit, it spreads through skin-to-skin contact, I didn't see them on me which means the vaccine worked against it. You need to be below age 26 to get the vaccine though to see maximum benefit.
