Ocean Spa in West Covina has relocated to a different located and renamed themselves as Rill Spa.

I went yesterday (Wednesday). Called up Ocean and they told me the address to their new location.

Located in the South Hills plaza on the 2nd floor next to the Taco Bell. Right in front of you as you walk up the stairs.
