Can confirm. This is someone with local knowledge and knowing some specifics about the providers. But at the end of the day they're just running a deposit scam and trying to leverage familiarity. Asks for $100 for videos as a deposit. When you tell them you sent it (which you haven't) they say they never got it and give you an almost identical second cashapp tag. Then tell you to request a refund and resend the deposit.
