I was asking the same question. Here's what I understand. VIP is technically no more as the owners sold to NLBC. The girls at VIP were independent contractors and some went to NLBC, others went to who knows where. There's apparently a private WeChat thread that these girls get on to be recruited from one place to another so apparently many travel and only a few (usually the older providers) will stay put. The SV location is currently "down for maintenance" and whatever is going to happen there is still up in the air.
